Residential Maintenance Technician

Sansone Group is a full service commercial and residential firm, currently seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hawkins Village in Fenton, MO. The Residential Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, including work orders, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. This role is crucial in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and management.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (preferred experience).
• Complete unit turnover and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of property maintenance or related experience.
• HVAC certification or experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
