Residential Nurse

  • 1. Provide daily nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • 2. Monitor residents’ vital signs and overall health condition, reporting any changes to doctors or senior medical staff.
  • 3. Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • 4. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s medical and personal needs.
  • 5. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided.
  • 6. Support residents with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and fall prevention.
  • 7. Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.
  • 8. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
  • 9. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • 10. Offer emotional support and companionship to promote residents’ mental well-being and quality of life.
