- 1. Provide daily nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- 2. Monitor residents’ vital signs and overall health condition, reporting any changes to doctors or senior medical staff.
- 3. Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- 4. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s medical and personal needs.
- 5. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided.
- 6. Support residents with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and fall prevention.
- 7. Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.
- 8. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
- 9. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 10. Offer emotional support and companionship to promote residents’ mental well-being and quality of life.
