Job Description:

We are seeking two caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as employees for a resident in Martinsville, IN. In this role, you will provide personalized care to our client in their home, helping them maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Your primary duties will involve assisting with personal care, a nighttime routine, and ensuring overall safety and well-being.

We are currently seeking two full-time employees available 3-4 days a week each, 3rd shift, to split this schedule which entails Mon-Sun 8pm-8am.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

· Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

· Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client, following all health and safety protocols.

· Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred, but not required.

· Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

· Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client travel).

· Background check and drug screening required.
