WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard
Perform surface preparation including sanding, caulking, filling, and masking
Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers efficiently and with precision
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Interact professionally with clients and teammates, representing Paint Rx with integrity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Prior professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or both)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Dependability—showing up on time and ready to work every day
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of safety practices and willingness to follow company protocols
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
