Residential Patio Room Installer, Trim Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a background in trades building construction and trim carpentry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trim installation, interior and exterior finish work, and residential construction projects. This position will focus on installing trim and finishing work for residential patio rooms, ensuring that every detail is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install trim, molding, and finishing touches for residential patio rooms.

• Measure, cut, and assemble trim components to fit seamlessly within the structure of the patio room.

• Ensure precise and high-quality installations, meeting both aesthetic and structural requirements.

• Work closely with the installation team to integrate trim carpentry into larger patio room construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues on the job site.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a professional and high-quality finished product.

Requirements:

• Experience in building construction, specifically in trim carpentry or finish carpentry.

• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, including framing and finishing work.

• Experience with the installation of custom trim, molding, and other finish carpentry elements.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
