Pay Range: $30-$38 per hour

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
Submit proper documentation of the work performed

Qualifications:

Journeyman License preferred
At least 2 years of experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
Knowledge of local plumbing codes preferred
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
