Lawson Family Plumbing is seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our growing team. We are a family-owned and operated company that values integrity, teamwork, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing, construction, and mechanical systems and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our customers.

This role includes residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use hand and power tools for pipe cutting, threading, and assembly
• Perform welding tasks when required for specific installations
• Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose issues and recommend repairs
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on job sites
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding plumbing needs
• Assist with lifting and transporting materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and fittings
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Carpentry experience beneficial for remodeling projects
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting and work on job sites for extended periods

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
