This role offers a 4-day workweek (11:00 AM–9:00 PM), guaranteed Fridays off, and limited, rotating weekend on-call.

The Big Task

Provide reliable, high-quality residential plumbing service while delivering a great experience for every homeowner.

Key Sub Tasks

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and to code
• Document jobs and schedules using company systems
