Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Duties

• Diagnose plumbing issues using experience, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and related components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and sewer cleaning equipment to complete tasks accurately.
• Read and interpret repair and installation manuals
• Have knowledge of Service Titan Software and computer skills to build repair estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance.
• Follow safety protocols on residential/commercial locations to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist with maintenance tasks or assembly projects as needed to support overall home improvement efforts.
• Prior experience in related fields such as plumbing service and remodeling, is highly preferred.
• Valid Plumbing tradesmen or Journeyman
• Valid driver’s license (TDL)
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations.
• Previous maintenance person experience or involvement in remodeling projects demonstrating versatility in home improvement tasks. Pay: $30.00 - $35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
