Residential Plumbing Service Technician

• Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing expert plumbing support and collaborating with carpenters and contractors
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work on construction sites or residential properties
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trade environments with hands-on knowledge of residential systems
• Familiarity with construction site procedures, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and HVAC components
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving duties preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
