What You’ll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while providing a five-star customer experience on every visit.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide clear repair solutions
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, valves, drains, and related systems
• Conduct plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications when needed
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, drain equipment, pipe threading tools, and other plumbing equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommendations clearly and honestly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at customer homes and job sites
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing service experience preferred, but not required
• Experienced technicians are strongly encouraged to apply
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are welcome
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and honestly with homeowners
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Ability to safely lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying job site conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, remodeling, HVAC, or handyman work is a plus
