Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential properties, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drain systems
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Conduct residential construction plumbing repair work on new builds or remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry, assembly, and handyman tasks as needed
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or customer premises
• Must be on an "On-Call" basis ocassionally

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades within residential or commercial settings
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
