Optional commission-based compensation with up to 23% of gross profit

Monday-Friday | Overtime and on-call as needed (no on-call after 10:00 PM)

Main Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Follow local plumbing codes and company standards
• Read blueprints and complete accurate job documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service
• Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Plumbing license preferred but not required
• Boiler experience is a plus
