Job Title: Resident Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Resident Program Manager to manage our residential program for persons with disabilities. The role involves supervising daily activities, supporting residents, guiding caregivers, and ensuring safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routines and residential activities
• Supervise caregivers and support staff
• Ensure residents’ safety, health, and well-being
• Implement care plans and structured routines
• Coordinate with families, therapists, and doctors
• Maintain basic records and reports

Requirements:

• MSW / Psychology / Special Education or related qualification
• Experience in disability or residential care preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Patient, responsible, and supportive nature

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
