In this energetic role, you will guide buyers and sellers through the entire property transaction process, providing expert advice, and focus on what you love instead of lead generation.
Your enthusiasm and communication skills will empower clients to make confident decisions while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and real estate laws.

Duties

• Contact and manage referrals to guide them through the next step of their home purchase.
• Update your communication and the stage of the referrals with your leadership.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure the best outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
• Conduct property showings and virtual tours to help referrals find the best home.
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and documentation in compliance with real estate law and fair housing regulations
• Attend monthly meetings (Online) with your team leader and the company meeting.
• Learn company platforms and finish training for each one to be able to handle a higher volume of referrals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License.
• 6+ residential real estate transactions in the past 12 months.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build trust with clients.
• Willing to be challenged to bring the best in you.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and documentation.

Pay: $84,925.48 - $200,000.00 per year
