Residential Real Estate Attorney
Boynton Beach, FL

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Real Estate Attorney to support residential projects. Responsibilities include drafting documents, reviewing titles, conducting due diligence, managing closings, and advising on complex transactions. This full-time, on-site role involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Review and resolve title matters and related legal issues.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence for property acquisitions, financing, and sales.
  • Manage and coordinate closings for residential and commercial transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal matters related to real estate development and large-scale residential projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and commercial closings.
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
  • Expertise in reviewing and resolving title matters.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with large-scale residential or homebuilder projects is a plus.
