Duties

• Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with a strong understanding of real estate law and administrative procedures
• Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to successful sales outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Knowledge of marketing techniques tailored for real estate listings and customer engagement
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations and ethical standards within the industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Previous experience working with diverse communities or multilingual clients is a plus
