Residential Remodel Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated. hardworking and detail-oriented Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. If you know your way around carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, siding + gutters, window + door replacement, concrete + masonry, decks - repair/building and more, we need you. This position requires a strong background in remodeling. All applicants must consent to a drug screen and background check. Must have a valid KY Drivers License. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years verifiable work experience. Must be able to go up + down ladders, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and sit, lift at least 50 lbs., work in hot, cold and humid temperatures, ability to see up close + at a distance and be able to pull a trailer on company truck.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of home improvement jobs
• Collaborate with customers to get the job done right. Follow all safety rules and building codes. and posess good customer service skills.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Strong knowledge of construction / remodel processes and standards.
• Familiarity with rough+ trim carpentry, window + door installation, roofing, siding + guttering, drywall + painting and kitchens + baths.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members on construction sites.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workmanship.
• Must be dependable, reliable and have a valid KY Drivers licence.
