Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans to ensure precise execution of remodeling projects
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and door hanging with accuracy and attention to detail
• Install flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and countertops to meet project specifications
• Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of the remodel
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Manage construction site safety protocols and coordinate with team members for smooth workflow
• Execute finishing tasks such as plastering, caulking, painting, stucco application, and concrete finishing
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively
• Familiarity with diverse trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, restoration, hardscape installation, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
