About the Role:
Alta Group is looking for a motivated and skilled Residential Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. Based in Everett, WA, we serve homeowners across the Seattle area. This hands-on position involves framing, drywall, and painting work, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with framing, drywall installation, and painting on residential remodeling projects
• Keep the job site organized, clean, and safe
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed
• Support carpenters, installers, and foremen with daily site tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Complete additional labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in framing, drywall, and painting preferred
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, full-time. Hours may vary based on project needs.
