Residential Sales Agent

Steps Real Estate is seeking Residential Sales Agents with a background in residential sales or client advisory to join our team on a commission basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Valid Qatari driving license
• Proficiency in CRM software for effective client management

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure residential property listings
• Manage sales transactions
• Conduct market research and property evaluations
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain a strong client and property owner network
• In-depth understanding of the Qatar real estate market
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Qatar
