Residential Service Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential properties, including lighting, outlets, switches, and panels
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical installations and repairs
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults and verify system integrity
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and local building codes while providing excellent customer service

Experience

• Proven experience as a residential electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in occupied homes
• Knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems for comprehensive service delivery

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
