We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and residential electrical maintenance. This role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems. Our Service Technicians play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems in accordance with the National Electric Code.
• Utilize tools for testing electrical components.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs or modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.

Skills

• Proficient in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Experience as a residential electrician is highly desirable.
• Experience using diagnostic tools effectively.
• Ability to fabricate components or parts as necessary for repairs or modifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
