Residential Service Plumber

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential service plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow instructions. bid jobs and work alone on job sites. This role requires a hands-on approach to installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and in compliance with local codes and regulations. The Plumber will be provided a work van once vetted. Pay is commission and is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes throughout all work processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service plumber
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
• Familiarity with construction plumbing practices is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is a plus.
• Experience working on construction sites is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for installations or repairs.
