We are a small Veteran owned company with a workload that exceeds what we're able to handle, which is why we're looking for two plumbers to join our team.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Residential Service Plumber to join our team who can start as soon as possible. The right candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service. You will need to be able to sell the job with your knowledge, helping the client understand the importance of the repair.

The job is W2 only, and we pay a commission rate.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures, which include, but is not limited to: Pipes, Toilets, Water heaters, Water softeners, Garbage disposals, Drains, Water filtration systems, Hose/Laundry bibs.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Complete and close out jobs, invoices, and notes accurately through Housecall Pro.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. No mess left behind.
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a professional residential plumber.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift at least 50lbs.
• Comfortable and trustworthy working alone on job sites.
• Experience with Housecall Pro is a strong bonus.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Must have your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
• Must have own Reliable transportation and be able to commute to Scottsdale easily.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass drug test.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1000 sign on bonus after two weeks.
• $3000 after 6 months as a retention bonus.
• Competitive pay based on experience. We pay a commission rate.
