We are hiring a top-tier Residential Service Plumber with light commercial experience to cover the Nashville Territory. Your home base should be centrally located within this service area.

This is not an hourly, capped-income position.

What You'll Do:

• Residential service calls and advanced plumbing diagnostics
• Water heater installation and repair (tank & tankless)
• Drain cleaning, leak detection, and pipe repair/replacement
• Fixture installations (faucets, toilets, disposals, etc.)
• Water filtration and softener system installations
• Small/light commercial service work
• Present solutions clearly, confidently, and ethically
• Deliver a premium customer experience
• Maintain high safety and workmanship standards

Who Thrives Here:

• 5+ years residential/service plumbing experience preferred
• Light commercial experience a plus
