Residential Service Plumber – Hiring Now

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber who wants steady year-round work, strong income potential, and full support while in the field.

This role is structured as an hourly position with guaranteed weekly hours, plus a performance-based commission on revenue generated.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Competitive hourly base pay (based on experience)
• Guaranteed hours every week (no seasonal slowdowns)
• Commission paid on completed revenue
• Average technicians earn the equivalent of $35–$60/hr
• High performers regularly earn $60–$80+ per hour

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Handling residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnosing plumbing issues and offering solutions to homeowners
• Performing repairs, replacements, and new installations
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
• Following company processes for pricing, approvals, and job completion

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to build trust and communicate with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, motivated, and professional work ethic
