This is a residential service role focused on diagnostics, repair, and customer interaction. You’ll work in a structured, performance-driven environment with consistent call volume, strong support systems, and the autonomy to manage your day.

We’re open to both licensed plumbers and experienced apprentice plumbers with strong service and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
• Present clear, professional solutions and recommendations to customers
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to a high standard
• Use ServiceTitan and company systems to manage jobs and workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized truck, tools, and professional appearance
• Deliver a strong customer experience from arrival to completion
• Manage your schedule while coordinating with dispatch
• Identify additional opportunities to improve system performance and safety
• Follow company processes designed for efficiency and results

Experience

• Proven experience in service plumbing (diagnostics/repair preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable communicating with customers and recommending solutions
• Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Compensation & Growth
