Provide leadership and act as a positive role model for staff and clients as you oversee the shift and ensure quality treatment for children and adolescents. You will coordinate resources, develop a plan for the shift, and make certain that treatment staff are implementing daily age appropriate activities in alignment with treatment plan goals.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan therapeutic groups
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior-shaping programs
• Ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff
• Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more

1st Shift: Shift Leader Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: OFF

2nd Shift: Shift Leader Schedule:

• Monday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Leader Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history

Shift Leader Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education or related areas of study.
