Residential Specialist - Security

Job Summary

Nauru Tower, Honolulu’s iconic luxury residential condominium is seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Residential Specialist (Security).

This role requires strong situational awareness, and sound judgment, and professional presence. The ideal candidate is professional, observant, and capable of responding effectively to a variety of situations while delivering exceptional customer service while embodying the Aloha Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and incidents.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine patrols.
• Enforce house rules and property policies.
• Accurately complete incident reports, citations, and daily logs.
• Assist residents with service-related needs.
• Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence at all times.

Schedule: Varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card (in accordance with HRS 463-10.5)
• CPR / AED / First Aid certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment
• Ability to read, write, and prepare reports in English
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior hotel or condominium security experience preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
