Residential Superintendent

National Home Builders is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent- They will oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, sub-contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure the quality and workmanship meet the company’s high standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience, either as a foreman or a superintendent.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
