Residential Supervisor – Interface Youth Program East (Palatka, FL.)

CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a non-profit social services agency serving North Central Florida for 55 years, is seeking a Residential Supervisor for our Interface Youth Shelter, a short-term residential facility in Palatka, FL. This full-time position is responsible for managing the daily operations of a residential shelter working in conjunction with the Regional Director.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above in counseling, social work, psychology, or other behavioral science or Bachelor’s Degree and one year of related work experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Prior supervisory experience in a residential setting, specifically working with adolescents and children, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent behavior and development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Regional Director with day-to-day shelter operations and quality assurance initiatives
• Ensure staff adherence to job descriptions, training protocols, and contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment
• Oversee participant activities, including making referrals, setting up appointments, conducting individual needs assessments, and arranging or coordinating transportation and social services.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external community organizations to strengthen program resources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
