Duties

• Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or hard-to-access windows.
• Use specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and ladders when necessary to access elevated or difficult areas safely and efficiently.
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows, glass doors, and screens, ensuring a streak-free finish that exceeds customer expectations.
• Prepare work areas by protecting surrounding surfaces and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities.
• Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, including notes on any special requests or issues encountered during service.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on window maintenance and care.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures related to commercial cleaning standards and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with residential window cleaning techniques and tools is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience operating ladders and scissor lifts is a plus but not mandatory; safety training will be provided if needed.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, reaching high areas, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service on every job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
