Residential/Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaners to join our team as 1099 contractors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services, we want to hear from you.

Cleaners are 1099 contractors and are responsible for withholding their own taxes and providing their own cleaning equipment, including chemicals, vacuums, brooms, rags, etc.

Duties:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Residential, deep, move in/move out cleans, post construction
• Most jobs are recurring cleans. Monthly, biweekly, and weekly.

Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping
• Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques
• Strong customer service skills

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills via text message and phone calls.
• Cleaner will need to be able to know how to use apps on phone to view their schedule when new cleaning jobs are posted.
• 1099 contractor. Cleaner is responsible for withholding their own taxes.
• Multiple ways to save during tax time; keeping track of mileage, gas receipts, cleaning supply receipts.
• Cleaner is responsible for providing own cleaning equipment such as cleaning products, vacuum, mop, rags, etc.
• Cleaner must be able to know how to use a GPS in order to find the residents that are needing cleaned.
• Cleaner must have reliable transportation and willing to travel to different locations that need cleaned.
