About the Role
The Resolution Professional (RP) will be responsible for managing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. The RP will oversee financial, legal, operational, and administrative aspects, ensuring transparent and efficient resolution within statutory timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. CIRP Management
- Take control and custody of the corporate debtor’s assets, records, and operations.
- Manage the day-to-day affairs of the company during CIRP.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
2. Financial & Operational Oversight
- Review financial statements, cash flows, and business plans.
- Monitor ongoing operations and take decisions to maintain business continuity.
- Appoint valuers, accountants, auditors, and other professionals as required.
3. Coordination With Stakeholders
- Conduct and convene meetings of the Committee of Creditors (CoC).
- Present status reports, financial updates, and resolution plans to the CoC.
- Liaise with creditors, investors, government authorities, and legal bodies.
4. Resolution Plan Handling
- Invite, receive, and evaluate resolution plans as per IBC norms.
- Ensure that the selected resolution plan meets mandatory legal requirements.
- Coordinate with NCLT, legal counsels, and other regulatory bodies for approvals.
5. Compliance, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records and statutory filings with IBBI and NCLT.
- Prepare Information Memorandum (IM) and progress reports.
- Ensure transparent, ethical, and compliant conduct throughout CIRP.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates holding any of the following will be preferred:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Company Secretary (CS)
- Law Graduate (LLB/Advocate)
- Architect (for real estate/infra-related cases)
- Registered Insolvency Professional (preferred for CIRP roles)
Experience Requirements
- Experience in corporate restructuring, finance, legal processes, or insolvency.
- Prior involvement in NCLT/IBC matters will be an added advantage.
- Project management or turnaround experience (especially for architects in real estate insolvency cases).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
