Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.

1+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience; hospitality experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Basic understanding of accounting principle and core accounting cycles (close, reconciliations, AP/AR, revenue).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); familiarity with BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Experience with hospitality technology systems (e.g., PMS/POS, inventory, and accounting platforms) beneficial.

Analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and partnership skills; able to translate financial insights for non‑financial leaders.

High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive financial information.

Schedule & Work Environment

On‑site role at the resort. This is Not a Remote position.

Standard business hours with additional time, potentially weekends, during peak periods (month‑end close, budget season, audits, and high‑demand resort periods).

Movement between resort buildings/departments may be required to support operations and gather information.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods while using a computer, financial systems, and standard office equipment.

Frequent use of hands/fingers for typing, numeric entry, document handling, and calculator/10‑key operation.

Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the resort to collaborate with operational teams (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Golf, Retail, HOA).

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials such as files, binders, and office supplies up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Visual acuity sufficient to review detailed financial documents, spreadsheets, PMS/POS reports, and reconciliations.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by telephone, and via email.
