Resort Front Desk Receptionist

~ RESORT RECEPTIONIST NEEDED ~

We are looking for a reliable, positive, dedicated, customer service focused, adaptable, flexible, detail oriented, autonomous individual with previous Front Desk or Administrative Assistant experience who thrives in a fast paced environment to join our team!

You will be the first point of contact for our clients ~ humans & pups ~ so professionalism & attention to detail is a must.

This role is also the Resort Supervisors right hand ~ we are growing and need a strong, extraverted, client focused individual with great organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner with a positive, helpful attitude and address all of their questions and needs while providing a welcoming environment.

- Provide excellent customer focus and support and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Manage walk ins, incoming calls and messages
- Schedule Petexec appointments for Daycare & Boarding and manage Grooming schedule
- Coordinate projects and assist with photos and administrative tasks as needed as assistant to the Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area & make sure the outside entry is cleaned & swept, water outside front plants
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with all clerical duties or requests from Manager & delegate tasks and responsibilities to others

- Must be comfortable with BIG and SMALL DOGS

- Work well under pressure and be dependable

- The availability to work Saturdays and rotating Holidays

Skills:
- Excellent focused customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Must have previous experience in Front Desk or Administrative Assistant positions
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Typing proficiency with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Help the General Manager, Front Supervisor & Owner with any and all requests or needs

Pay starting at: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week (flexible hours)

Both Full Time and Part Time shifts available

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends & Holidays
