Job Summary

In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues promptly, and contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining the beauty and safety of our property. Duties (Some or all)

• Conduct routine inspections of the resort’s facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform repairs using welding, electrical skills, and mechanical knowledge to ensure equipment and infrastructure operate smoothly
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC systems, lighting, and other essential systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Assist with residential painting projects to keep the resort’s appearance fresh and appealing
• Operate ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
• Support facilities maintenance projects that enhance the resort’s infrastructure and guest experience
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or staff repair requests promptly and professionally
• Comply with safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety protocols during maintenance activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance, or similar environments with a focus on troubleshooting and repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and familiarity with schematics
• Ability to operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, carpentry tools, hand tools and other diagnostic equipment confidently
• Experience in welding, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, or related trades preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently
• Pass a Background Check

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
