Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional service at our restaurant. In this role, you will engage with guests, craft delicious beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience. Your energy and customer-focused attitude will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food and beverages in accordance with health regulations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support team efforts

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred
• Fine dining or banquet experience is a plus but not required; we welcome those eager to learn
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professionalism
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy
