Resource Mobilization and Scholarship Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scholarship programs, ensuring transparent fund utilization, application management, and award distribution.
  • Maintain a database of scholarship recipients, funding sources, and disbursement timelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance and scholarship committees to monitor fund utilization and prepare reports.
  • Engage with donors, providing regular updates on contributions and program impact.
  • Support departmental operations, including documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fundraising, scholarship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and familiarity with donor management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
