Resource Person for Senior Secondary

A Resource Person (RP) for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) various subjects in a CBSE-affiliated school is an expert responsible for academic leadership, capacity building, and ensuring high-quality instruction in senior secondary classes ( X ,XI & XII).Based on CBSE guidelines forCapacity Building Programmes (CBP).

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai.

Looking for 10+yrs of experience in CBSE

10th and 12th board experience is mandatory. MATH

Salary will not be a constraint for a right candidate.

Design and deliver training workshops for other PGTs/teachers on subject-specific pedagogy, new curriculum, and innovative teaching techniques.

Ensure all classroom teaching aligns with the latest CBSE syllabus, NCERT guidelines, and Learning Outcomes, developing annual, unit, and lesson plans.

Deliver in-depth subject knowledge for classes XI and XII, preparing students for Board Examinations and competitive tests (e.g., JEE, NEET).

Develop question papers, worksheets, and rubrics, and guide teachers on formative/summative assessment techniques, including practicals and project evaluations.

Promote the use of educational technology, digital tools, and online resources to enhance the teaching-learning process in classrooms.

Create high-quality, low-cost teaching-learning materials (STLM) and curated study materials to support students and other educators.

Act as a subject expert to mentor junior staff, assist the Head of Department in academic planning, and identify areas for improvement in teaching practices.
