Black River Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Care Manager to guide and elevate our Respiratory Services Department. This leader will oversee inpatient and outpatient respiratory care, pulmonary rehabilitation, the Sleep Program, and DME operations—ensuring our teams deliver safe, compassionate, high‑quality care every day.

Essential Responsibilities:

Drive departmental strategy by developing goals, policies, and processes aligned with organizational priorities.
Set and exceed performance standards through continuous improvement, innovation, and team‑based problem solving.
Lead and develop staff by allocating work, setting expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of departmental initiatives.
Inspire and grow your team by identifying development opportunities and removing barriers to success.
Provide clinical support by performing Respiratory Therapy duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Respiratory Care required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of related work experience required
2+ year of leadership experience preferred
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license for the state of Wisconsin
