Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk), Monday–Friday schedule with a required every-other-weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume skilled respiratory therapy for a 124-bed facility.
• Initiate and maintain life support systems; perform airway care and tracheal suctioning.
• Verify physician orders for completeness (Diagnosis, ICD-10, duration, and FiO2​).
• Manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators according to approved protocols.
• Accept and transcribe verbal orders and notify supervisors of all "new starts."
• Perform deep assessments using lab findings, history, and radiological studies.
• Maintain adequate supplies and perform precise record keeping for all equipment.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1+ years of independent clinical practice experience (Strictly required).
• Note: We are unable to accept new transitions or graduates for this location.
• Registered (RRT) or Certified (CRT) via NBRC.
• Current BCLS certification.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Physical requirements include occasional lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
