Respiratory Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions.
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory care treatments.
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation.
• Support physicians in diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency interventions.
• Provide care for patients in ICU, ER, and wards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Train and guide junior staff, nurses, and students in respiratory care practices.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and emergency care.
• Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
