Respiratory Therapist Job Purpose: To provide, high quality, loving and personal care to all those entrusted to us.

Respiratory Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interview and examine patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
  • Consult with physicians & collaborate with nursing staff to develop patient treatment plans to promote respiratory wellness & safety standards
  • Perform diagnostic tests and treat patients by using a variety of methods
  • Monitor and record patients’ progress
  • Teach patients, their families and staff how to use treatments and equipment
  • Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and CPAP/ BIPAP machines.

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Respiratory Therapy required
  • Current, valid & in good standing RRT
  • Strong verbal, written communication & clinical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, doctors and other staff
  • BLS Required

Respiratory Therapist Physical Requirements:

  • Patient, caring, respectful & sensitive towards patients & their families
  • Be dependable & dedicated as patients depend on
  • Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, doctors and other staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour
