Join Our Team: Respiratory Therapist – Full Time

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Location: Travel to Long Term Care facilities in the region

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities:

• - Provide care and assessments to patients using non-invasive and invasive ventilators (experience preferred)

• - Conduct clinical assessments and provide respiratory therapy recommendations

• - Collaborate closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and facility staff to optimize patient care

• - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to manage ongoing pulmonary care

• - Educate Long Term Care staff on respiratory equipment and disease management

• - Ensure proper setup, operation, troubleshooting, and sanitation of respiratory equipment

• - Maintain compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards

• - Accurately document assessments, interventions, and follow-ups in a timely manner

• - Uphold all HIPAA and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• - Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy

• - Active Ohio License (CRT or RRT via NBRC)

• - Valid driver’s license

• - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• - Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills

• - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• - Must pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical
