Respiratory Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Nurse to join our team. We are a DME company specializing in home equipment setups for children. Bilingual spanish speaker a plus but, not required. Must live in northwest Arkansas or be willing to relocate. Training provided; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans
- Monitor and manage ventilator settings for patients requiring mechanical ventilation
- Conduct airway management procedures in emergency situations
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately

Qualifications
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field of nursing.
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in medical terminology and hospital medicine practices
- Strong knowledge of respiratory physiology and vital signs assessment
- Experience in DME preferred but, not required.

• RRT, CRT (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RCP License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bentonville, AR 72712: Relocate before starting work (Required)
