Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Pediatric Respiratory Care (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas (PCCA) is a long-term residential facility caring for children with special needs. Many of our residents have severe developmental delays and medical complexities, relying on our staff for support with daily activities and specialized care.
We are seeking a nurturing, energetic Respiratory Therapist (RT), either RRT or CRT, to provide expert respiratory care for our medically complex pediatric population. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex pulmonary and medical needs.

Overview – Respiratory Therapist / Respiratory Care
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and Director of Nursing, the Respiratory Therapist provides direct respiratory care to children within assigned units. The RT restores and maintains pulmonary function, supports life, alleviates respiratory distress, and ensures safe, effective care through the planning and administration of medically prescribed respiratory therapies.
