Summary

Department: Respiratory Therapy

Shift Timings: 8:00 - 16:30 Hours (4 Days/10 Hours)

Per Week: 40 Hours

M-F 8-4:30 is preferred, would consider 4-10 hr days, or 4 9-hr days also.

PAP device set ups (including mask fits), O2 assessments, home vent support (as needed).

Must have RT license in Iowa, MN preferred also.

Brightree system and IPad operation. ResMed PAP device experience preferred. ResMed and Fisher & Paykell PAP masks.
Astral and Trilogy vents for pts.

Responsibilities

·Assess patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis.

·Implement and monitor patient care plan and equipment.

·Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.

·Perform advanced respiratory care modalities.

·Evaluate respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome.

·Educate the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about community support groups and other available programs.

·Respond to emergency resuscitation team code.

Pay: $53.00 - $53.07 per hour
