Job Summary

EZ Inspirations is seeking dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to provide specialized in-home respiratory care to patients across South Florida.

This is a contractor opportunity designed for respiratory professionals who want flexible scheduling, meaningful patient interaction, and the ability to make a direct impact in the home setting. Our patients often have complex respiratory needs, including chronic respiratory failure, airway management needs, oxygen therapy, and ventilator-dependent care.

We are looking for clinicians who are dependable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining strong documentation and communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Contractor CRTs / RRTs may be responsible for:
• Providing respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by the physician and plan of care
• Monitoring and assessing patient respiratory status
• Supporting patients with complex respiratory needs in the home setting
• Assisting with airway management and respiratory equipment review
• Providing patient and caregiver education related to respiratory care, safety, equipment use, and treatment compliance
• Completing accurate and timely visit documentation
• Communicating relevant patient concerns or changes in condition to the agency team
• Maintaining professional, compliant, and patient-centered care standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid CRT / RRT license or certification
• Respiratory therapy experience
• Strong understanding of respiratory disease, airway management, and respiratory equipment
• Ability to work independently in the home setting
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to serve patients in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County

Preferred:

• Pediatric experience
• Ventilator experience
• Home care or field-based care experience
• Experience with medically complex respiratory patients
